INSANE MRP !!!!

In a country like India travelling in train will impart more experience to you. Reserving seat to sit in train is very much difficult, Then how can u expect a quality food? that too in late night. i was heading to my home town yesterday. it was late night in open compartment.

when train stopped in an unknown station, The thundering sound of platform sellers made an end for deadly silence. " Biscuit.... water ..... Anda briyani .... veg briyani ..... chappati " helm me out of my half drowsiness. i felt hungry so i popped my head out of emergency window, asked for a biscuit and He demanded RS.20 for a biscuit. I paid him.

I started to examine the package to see expiry date of the biscuit. The maximum retail price of "EAT HEALTHY, THINK BETTER" biscuit is RS.15 and he sold me for RS.20. A series of thoughts interrupted my hunger. "How much these sellers earn daily, if they sell the product for a price which is more than MRP of a product ?? " i was sure that these persons will earn more than the shop keepers in the railway station. He identified the demand for his product, At the late night people will be contemplated to get out of the train so an extra 5 bucks will not be great deal for them. He is a smart seller

"But these kind of practices should not be encouraged" i thought. As per Maximum retail price Act any product in India which is sold more than maximum retail price is a crime. That seller is exploiting his buyers by taking advantage of their weakness. Not only this biscuit but any product should not be purchased more than maximum retail price. Because government will collect indirect tax only for the MRP which is fixed by producer. hence this extra 5 bucks is a form of Black money which is unaccountable. He is exploiting both the Government and customer.

i opened my biscuit packet to satisfy my stomach . But after these thoughts the marginal utility of even the first biscuit was very low. I will be insane if i think such thoughts in late night In such a country like everything is only in the form of writing. But there is really a great thing this extra RS.5 black money killed my drowsiness.

Is competition is a crucial aspect

The competition is a crucial aspect in an economy. The government of India has been set up a commission known as competition commission of India which regulates competition in India.

First of all what is meant by competition ?, As per Indian competition act 2002 competition means an activities carried out by the sellers to sustain its customers and to attract the customer of the rival is known as competition. A competition is very much important for the consumers, suppose lets assume that there is no competition in a market , there is only one seller in that market. Then he will not provide quality product. if he, Then he ll quote more price for the particular product. The consumers will be exploited.

so competition is an important aspect in an economy to protect the interest of the investor. The competition commission of India will encourage the competition and it will reduce the abuse of the dominant position.

Abuse of the dominant position means nothing but a huge profit earning company will acquire the rival company to acquire the customers of such rival company. So this kind of operation have adverse impact over the competition. It reduces the competition, Demand for the product of the particular company will be automatically increasing. so these kind of operations are regulated by competition commission of India. Before making any acquisition or merger any concern should make application to competition commission of India. The process can be progressed only if competition commission gives green signal for the process

Election polls

Its early morning, i was up at 6.00 AM and  got myself ready, dressed formal and kicked my bike. it might be 650 meters away from my house. i reached there and i saw a board which says ' no parking till 100 mts'. Then i turned my bike to park away. and walked a head to my booth. since i didn't got my voter id, i carried an acknowledgement form issued by election commission.

On stepping into the school i saw list of persons who holds the ticket for our area and their respective symbols. i was quandary to select the apt person, because the party which i was wishing to vote is not participating in our area but their allies is. i don't have good impression on their party head. The queue moved a head.

My father has been insisted me to vote for the party, i rebuffed it. i was looking forward to a change and i decided to welcome a change by any way! my mind said that the head of the party has no role to play in this, Being this is an M.P election. They verified my id and i made an authentication by my signature, a blue ink filled till my tip of the left hand fore finger. I moved forward towards the polling machine my finger played a hard role, i pressed a button for a change!.

Caution

If everything in writing is followed then probably we would be a developed country now. Do u know about environmental protection act ?. or else at least about what kind of environment we are living. Have you ever planted a single plant and took care of that in your life time ? Have you at least contemplated to throw a poly products in the environment then you should be rewarded.

What do environmental protection act says about sustainable development. Do u know India is fourth gifted country in the world which is blessed with natural resources. So natural resources in environmental protection act means an asset which cant be recreated by Mankind. A sustainable development can be interpreted by a typical sayings of my granny 'If you earn 10 rupees in a month, don't spend it in a single day'. So you should not eradicate the natural resources in a single phase you should utilize for a long time this is known as sustainable development as per environmental protection act.

There is a sayings in our family 'you should not sell your assets to eat'. its indeed that you should not sell your assets to eat, if you? then one day you will have nothing to eat. Natural resources are the assets of our country. what's the need to export them?. our country is blessed with abundant natural resources so why can't we utilise them for our development.

Goa's iron ore is the largest exporter, The supreme court, now allowed to resume its activities after 18 month with an condition. The condition is, it can make output upto 20 million tonnes! Is this a sustainable development ? If we exported these natural resources then what will we do for our future needs? we had seen that India re imports its product for high price to meet out its demand. This will happen to this case of natural resources.
