Its a nationalised bank where i have my savings account. Today i've been there to deposit into my account. I entered the bank,well conditioned cool air made me an impressed welcome as i was from super sultry weather A bug teeth lady with an yellow bag in her hand followed me into the bank.
i appeared in front of a blue box and pressed a red button in front of it, it pushed off the white paper printed as' Token no :133' immediately i turned my focus to the display, the display shown about the current token number which has been called by counter'72'. Then i occupied a corner seat in the bank and made my observation in the bank.
That lady was wandering in to the bank. Then she has gone in front of the 3rd counter and asked ' ma'am i wanted to take a dd'
A snappy dressed lady in the counter replied ' just pick up the token and fill the dd challan which is there in the challan counter mam'
'if i know where is the challan counter and how to fill then why am asking to you bloody hell ??' the look of the lady said .she left the counter
The lady found a rustic guy in the bank and asked him the details about 'how to take dd' that rustic guy assisted that lady to get dd
'when am entrant to the bank i was completed my 12 std, even i had a great obstacles to proceed the procedures of the bank' i thought
Then after a while a guy enter into the bank his cloths were well tailored branded stuffs. he tucked his green shirt into his black pant . he looked like a well educated business man he crossed the token box and just entered into the manager's room. The manager stood up and gave a warm welcome then i found that he also came to bank to make a dd for Rs2L.
'he might be a reputed customer to the bank' i thought. the manager moved out of his cabin and asked a girl in the 4th counter to make a dd for him. the dd was ready in a couple of minute. then he left the bank
when he is leaving the bank i saw that bucked tooth lady was struggling with the dd challan
I dont know why the bankers are rebuffing these kind of customer. A survey says that the money deposited by these kind of customers are two times more than their reputed customers. if they are neglecting these kind of customers, if these customers moves to their rival banks for better service then the banks might face a great loss in their financial statement. But thank god there is no rival to provide better service !!!!!
